How To Order
Online ordering (24 hours a day, 7 days a week): Add merchandise to your cart as you browse and click on "Check Out" when you're ready to buy. Fill out all the billing and shipping information and then submit your order. When you've completed your online order, you will get a confirmation screen with your online order number, followed by an e-mail confirmation with your customer number and approximate shipping time once your order is confirmed. Payment by credit card only for online ordering. |

If you need assistance outside business hours, leave a detailed message and we will return your call when our phones are staffed. When you place your order by phone, the Representative will give you an order number. For phone orders, you may pay by credit card, Telecheck, wire transfer or Western Union Quick Collect. |

Shipping and Handling
In the lower 48 states, our standard shipping method is UPS Ground or USPS (Air Parcel). UPS Second Day or Next Day delivery is available for an additional cost. Orders received after 2pm Central Time Mon-Fri will ship the following business day. No orders are shipped Saturday or Sunday. All shipping costs listed are for the lower 48 US states. For delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and non-US addresses, please call for a quote. UPS Next Day Saturday delivery (where available) is an additional charge and must be specified at time of order. Normal Next Day delivery orders placed on Friday will be delivered the next business day - Monday. |

Payment Options
Skyvision accepts personal checks, money orders, Telecheck payments, wire transfers, Western Union Quick Collect and American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. If the shipping destination of your merchandise is in Minnesota, you must pay 6.5% sales tax. When ordering online, be sure to indicate a Minnesota destination then press Recalculate and the sales tax will be automatically figured into your total. |
